Guided Bone Regeneration
Guided Bone Regeneration (GBR) is a clinically proven surgical technique designed to restore bone in areas that have experienced loss due to tooth extraction, periodontal disease, trauma, or congenital deficiencies. Bone loss in the jaw not only affects the ability to place dental implants securely but can also compromise the aesthetic appearance and function of the mouth and face. GBR addresses these concerns by promoting the natural regrowth of bone using a combination of grafting materials and protective membranes.

This technique involves placing a barrier membrane over a bone graft in the affected area, preventing the fast-growing soft tissue from interfering with bone regeneration.
